How do I place an order on Sattar Direct?
You can browse products by category and add items to your cart. Once ready, go to checkout, fill in your delivery details, and confirm your order. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, PayPal, and approved trade accounts. All payments are processed securely, and we never store full card details.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Yes — you can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once your order has shipped, you may still return it under our Returns Policy.

What are your delivery options and charges?
We offer several UK delivery options:
- Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £3.99 or FREE on orders over £40
- Express Delivery (1–2 working days): £6.99
- Next Working Day Delivery: £8.99 (order by 12:00 PM)
- Click & Collect: Free (1–3 working days)
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we deliver across the UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and the Isle of Man. For international orders, please contact us directly at info@sattardistribution.com.
What is your return policy?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, as long as they are unused and in their original packaging. Some items such as opened personal care products or perishables are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued.
