Delivery Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when we dispatch orders, available delivery options, and related terms for both retail and trade customers.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are usually processed the same working day.
- Orders placed after this time or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Delivery Options (UK Mainland)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to:
- All UK mainland addresses
- Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, and Isle of Man (surcharges or longer times may apply)
- If you wish to order for delivery outside of the UK, please get in touch using the Contact Us page.
4. Trade & Bulk Orders
For wholesale or bulk purchases:
- Delivery costs are calculated based on order size, weight, and location.
- Trade customers may benefit from discounted shipping rates or scheduled pallet deliveries.
- Orders may take longer to process, especially for large quantities or mixed-brand consignments.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (depending on courier). Tracking updates typically become available within 24 hours of dispatch.
If you have not received tracking details, please contact support@sattardistribution.com with your order number.
6. Missed Deliveries & Redelivery
If you are unavailable when delivery is attempted:
- The courier will leave a delivery card or attempt email/SMS with redelivery options.
- After multiple failed attempts, your parcel may be returned to us.
- Re-delivery fees may apply if the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.
7. Delivery Delays
We work closely with our delivery partners to ensure timely service, but delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Courier network disruptions
- Stock availability
If your order is delayed, we’ll notify you promptly and keep you updated.
8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sattardistribution.com with:
- Your order number
- Description and/or photos of the issue
We will resolve it promptly — by replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
9. P.O. Boxes and Safe Places
For security reasons, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If you request a delivery to a safe place, Sattar Direct and its couriers cannot be held liable for loss or theft once delivery is confirmed.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy periodically to reflect service improvements or courier changes.
All updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
